Water and Soil Management and Modeling is an open access double-blind peer-reviewed quarterly journal, owned, managed, and published by University of Mohaghegh Ardabili since 2021. The journal publishes research, review, case study, methodologies, applied, viewpoint, and technical papers containing significant results relevant to the natural resource management, watershed management, rangeland management, and water and soil engineering.

This journal is indexed in the Islamic World Science Citation Database (ISC) and the CABI International Database. Also, based on the license 1400-16019, the journal obtained rank A in the year 2022. According to the ISC database report in the year 2023, this journal was listed in the first quartile (Q1) and got an impact factor of 2.075.
